ADMINISTRATOR, CLAIMS (CONTRACT) – INSURANCE JOB OPPORTUNITY

What You’ll Do
- Assess and process death claims accurately
- Handle client queries across multiple communication channels
- Apply Section 37C of the Pension Funds Act in claims decisions
- Provide clear feedback and updates to clients
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ insurance industry experience
- At least 2 years’ death claims experience
- Knowledge of group risk insurance products
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
