ADMINISTRATOR, CLAIMS (CONTRACT) – INSURANCE JOB OPPORTUNITY

What You’ll Do

  • Assess and process death claims accurately
  • Handle client queries across multiple communication channels
  • Apply Section 37C of the Pension Funds Act in claims decisions
  • Provide clear feedback and updates to clients
  • Ensure compliance with insurance policies and procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times


Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ insurance industry experience
  • At least 2 years’ death claims experience
  • Knowledge of group risk insurance products
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills
