Key Responsibilities

Partner Management & Growth

  • Contact letting agent partners weekly to source new properties
  • Send order forms and respond to partner enquiries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services
  • Build strong relationships with property partners

Customer Enquiries & Sales Support

  • Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Convert enquiries into customers
  • Generate order forms and follow up within 24 hours

Customer Onboarding & Operations

  • Onboard new customers and manage supplier setup
  • Coordinate with utility suppliers for installations
  • Update customers on progress and timelines
  • Track milestones and follow-ups internally

Outreach & Marketing Support

  • Assist with LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Support marketing initiatives that generate new partnerships

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Advantage

  • Experience with Xero accounting software
