What You’ll Do
As an Officer IM Customer Relations, you will support IT and information management services while maintaining strong relationships with internal customers.
Key duties include:
- Liaising with customers through on-site engagements
- Implementing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinating projects for the delivery of IT solutions
- Monitoring service performance and reporting results
- Supporting information management and infrastructure operations
- Ensuring effective communication between IT teams and business units

Qualification
