Key Duties

General Administration

  • Record, organise, store and retrieve documents
  • Update registers and statistics
  • Handle routine enquiries
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

Supply Chain Support

  • Obtain quotations
  • Complete procurement forms
  • Manage stationery stock control
  • Maintain asset register

HR Administration

  • Maintain leave and attendance registers
  • Keep personnel records
  • Arrange travel and accommodation

Financial Administration

  • Capture and update expenditure
  • Process travel and subsistence claims
  • Manage petty cash and telephone accounts
