FNB is recruiting a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot systems, and ensure reliable hardware and software performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- On-site hardware, software, and peripheral support and repairs
- Troubleshooting Windows 11 and Apple Mac OS environments
- Support Microsoft applications (Office 365, Intune) and bank systems (SCCM, Cisco ISE)
- Maintain video and audio conferencing systems
- Manage IT service desk incidents in line with SLAs and OLAs
- Install and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Ensure system security, patching, antivirus, and data protection
- Reduce downtime through proactive monitoring and problem management

Requirements
- Proven desktop / IT support experience
