FNB is recruiting a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot systems, and ensure reliable hardware and software performance across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • On-site hardware, software, and peripheral support and repairs
  • Troubleshooting Windows 11 and Apple Mac OS environments
  • Support Microsoft applications (Office 365, Intune) and bank systems (SCCM, Cisco ISE)
  • Maintain video and audio conferencing systems
  • Manage IT service desk incidents in line with SLAs and OLAs
  • Install and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Ensure system security, patching, antivirus, and data protection
  • Reduce downtime through proactive monitoring and problem management


Requirements

  • Proven desktop / IT support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
