Key Responsibilities
- Support phase and class teachers with daily classroom activities
- Help maintain a positive, structured and learner-friendly environment
- Assist with lesson preparation and learning activities under teacher guidance
- Support learner behaviour management in line with school policies
- Care for and manage classroom equipment, resources and stock
- Assist with sport, cultural and co-curricular activities
- Provide general classroom and administrative support
- Contribute actively to the school’s values, ethos and wider school life
Minimum Requirements
- Currently studying towards a BEd (Foundation Phase)
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant classroom or aftercare experience
- Clear criminal record
