AFGRI Group is seeking Data Analysts to join our Centurion team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, a passion for data, and experience in enterprise Azure-based analytics solutions.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale data analytics solutions. You will analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights, support business decisions, and collaborate across teams to ensure effective data governance and utilisation.
Key Focus Areas:
- Clean, transform, and structure data for analysis
- Design enterprise data models and data pipelines
- Develop dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and Azure analytics tools
- Analyse trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Support IT and business teams to implement scalable data solutions
- Maintain data quality and governance frameworks
Requirements
Education & Certifications
- BCom, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- Azure Data Analyst certification (advantageous)
- ITIL or COBIT certification (advantageous)
Experience
- 2–4 years in IT or data analytics roles
- Experience with Azure-based data solutions, Power BI, Power Query, T-SQL
- Familiarity with Agri sector data (advantageous)
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Azure Data Suite
- Business Intelligence and analytics tools
- Project Management tools
- Report writing and IT security knowledge (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and business goals

- Optimise Azure resources for efficient data processing
- Monitor data quality and governance
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and trends
