Key Responsibilities

Mailbox & Finance Administration

  • Manage finance admin mailbox and respond within service levels
  • Issue bulk and ad hoc invoices
  • Send payment receipts to clients and brokers
  • Allocate and record payment confirmations accurately

Client & Broker Support

  • Respond to payment-related queries
  • Provide payment verification details
  • Issue new and once-off payment links
  • Adjust premium frequencies per approved processes
  • Assist with payment mandate setup and troubleshooting

Debtor Management

  • Send premium reminders in line with policy timelines
  • Monitor debtor listings to prevent policy lapses
  • Process cancellations and reinstatements
