Position Purpose:

The Training Programme aims to develop a pipeline for key roles within Transnet Port Terminals (TPT) through a structured 12-month training initiative. It places learners in specific areas according to their academic background, career aspirations, and business requirements.

Position Outputs:

  • Follow a structured training program
  • Undergo performance reviews and assessments
  • Perform all duties in the development program and others reasonably required by Transnet Port Terminals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Grade 12 / Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent (based at TPT Richards Bay Terminal)
  • Completed Certificate program (logistics, operations management, or related) is advantageous.
