JOB DESCRIPTION

THE JOB AT A GLANCE:

  Download sales reports from the system into specific files

  •    Update sales information systems
  •    Analyse sales information and report to relevant staff
  •    Maintain and update customer information
  •    Answer telephone & direct to relevant staff
  •    File all sales documentation
  •    Attend to customer complaints
  •    Attend to donation requests
  •    Prepare weekly sales presentations on PowerPoint
  •    Taking minutes at meetings
  •    All expenses loaded on Oracle
  •    PO’s submitted in time for payment
  •    Adherence to BMR and audit compliance
  •    Wages done and submitted as per deadlines
  •    DP1’s and Pricing matrix as per BMR.

  •    Computer literacy (MS Word / PowerPoint / Excel)
