Job Description
To provide effective front desk management and support function to the designated managers and teams, and to ensure the smooth running of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage reception and the overflow calls from the main switchboard. Ensure external parties are welcomed and helped courteously and professionally on behalf of Premier and directing calls correctly.
- To effectively manage incoming and outgoing packages with the postal and courier services to ensure timeous delivery.
- Ensuring all switchboard communication goes out timeously.
- Controlling and maintaining all data sheets.
- Liaising with all customers in a professional manner.
- General administrative duties when required.
- Maintains an efficient and accurate recording of documents and filing system.
- Display initiative in the coordination and efficient running of the front office.
- Managing housekeeping and a collaborative and high-performance working environment.
Qualification Requirements
- Matric
- National Diploma – Administration and Office Support or Business Administration an added advantage
- Experience Requirements
- 1-3 Years receptionist experience in a FMCG environment
