Job Description

To provide effective front desk management and support function to the designated managers and teams, and to ensure the smooth running of the front office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage reception and the overflow calls from the main switchboard. Ensure external parties are welcomed and helped courteously and professionally on behalf of Premier and directing calls correctly.
  • To effectively manage incoming and outgoing packages with the postal and courier services to ensure timeous delivery.
  • Ensuring all switchboard communication goes out timeously.
  • Controlling and maintaining all data sheets.
  • Liaising with all customers in a professional manner.
  • General administrative duties when required.
  • Maintains an efficient and accurate recording of documents and filing system.
  • Display initiative in the coordination and efficient running of the front office.
  • Managing housekeeping and a collaborative and high-performance working environment.

Qualification Requirements

  • Matric
  • National Diploma – Administration and Office Support or Business Administration an added advantage
  • Experience Requirements
  • 1-3 Years receptionist experience in a FMCG environment
