The Opportunity: Graduate Development Programme (GDP)
MBFS SA offers a 24-month Graduate Development Programme designed to develop recently qualified graduates into future leaders. The programme includes a 24-month learnership that leads to an additional qualification for successful participants.

Minimum Requirements
- Graduates who completed their qualification within the last 3 years (postgraduate qualifications are an advantage)
- Matric plus a 3-year degree (minimum NQF Level 7)
- Final-year students must include academic transcripts
- Applicants must be South African citizens or permanent residents
- Relevant Fields of Study:
- Fraud & Compliance (BCom Internal Auditing)
- Information Technology (IT degree, with Power BI and SQL skills)
- Marketing (BCom Marketing or Digital Marketing)
- Accounting (BCom Accounting, Tax, or Audit)
