The Learner Branch Marketer role is focused on supporting retail sales operations by actively promoting products, assisting customers, and ensuring stock availability within the NTK Retail branch in Polokwane.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing
- Promote and sell company merchandise according to set targets
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Support in executing in-store marketing activities
Stock Control and Merchandising
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Replenish shelves and ensure product availability
- Maintain proper merchandising standards
Customer Service
- Provide professional and efficient customer assistance
- Resolve queries within assigned authority
- Build positive customer relationships
Store Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Support general branch operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification
- Previous experience in a related field is an advantage
- Experience in irrigation or agricultural retail is beneficial
- Clean criminal record
