What You’ll Do
- Manage cash flow operations, including deposits and reconciliations
- Handle accounts receivable (arrears tracking, debtor age analysis)
- Process accounts payable, supplier invoices, and payments
- Capture and maintain accurate financial records (income & expenses)
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support financial reporting and audit preparation
- Maintain compliant and organized filing systems
- Assist with daily finance queries and admin support
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in financial administration
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines (month-end pressure)
- Excellent organizational and process management skills
- Valid driver’s licence + reliable transport
- Must reside in Stellenbosch / Winelands area
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance
- Experience in advertising, media, or property marketing industries
- Available to start immediately
