Role Purpose
The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing executive office operations, coordinating workflow, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring smooth administrative and secretarial processes for business leadership.
This role requires someone who can work independently, manage confidential information professionally, and maintain high levels of efficiency in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Post-matric qualification in Office Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ executive secretarial experience
- 2–3 years’ office administration management experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work with digital productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage executive diaries, schedules, and deadlines
- Coordinate office operations and workflow management
- Arrange travel bookings and prepare travel documentation
- Handle incoming correspondence and calls professionally
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and action plans
- Maintain proper filing systems and records management
- Coordinate meetings, events, and functions
- Monitor office supplies and departmental administrative costs
- Support governance and compliance processes
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain service standards and communication processes
- Assist with resolving client queries and complaints
- Support collaboration across departments and teams
Financial & Governance Support
- Review departmental budget reports monthly
- Assist with financial controls and governance procedures
- Support risk management and compliance practices
