POST: DATA CAPTURERS (2 Months contract over two (2) seasons)

CENTRE: HARRY GWALA DISTRICT OFFICE: HEALTH PROMOTION (HPV GRANT) COMPONENT

SALARY: R171537.00 PER ANNUM

REFERENCE NUMBER: HGHD 10/2023

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate
• Computer certificate – Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word, Ms. outlook (proof of computer certificate required)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Must be pleasant, diplomatic kind and compassionate
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Systematic approach to work activities.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to capture and analyses data accordingly
• Basic knowledge of Human Papilloma Virus Programme

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Ensure timeous submission and capturing of data collected during HPV campaign.
• Ensure proper filing and safe keeping of data records.
• Provide accurate administrative services. Compile reports and statistics
