What You’ll Do

As a Data Capturer, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate business records and supporting daily operations by:

  • Capturing, verifying, and updating data accurately.
  • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
  • Generating reports and analysing data trends.
  • Performing regular data quality checks.
  • Supporting administrative and clerical duties.
  • Assisting with stock takes and inventory management.
  • Preparing payment information and liaising with creditors and buyers.
  • Supporting audits, meetings, safety, and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and data confidentiality requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential.
  • Higher Certificate or Diploma in Financial Accounting, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering (Advantageous).
  • Minimum 1 year of data capturing experience (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Computer literacy in:
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Syspro (Compulsory)
