Job Description:
The Data Capture Clerk is responsible for capturing data and maintaining effective information systems. Reporting to the Planned Maintenance Coordinator, the role ensures data accuracy and supports operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative functions
Ensure receipt and capture of correct data sheets
Maintain high housekeeping standards
Prepare reports and documentation
Adhere to administrative legislation and mining safety regulations
Participate in meetings and contribute to team effectiveness
Generate improvement ideas
Communicate with internal clients
Process reports and participate in relevant job duties
Qualifications:
Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science

Experience and Skills:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in data capturing
Proficient in MS Office and relevant data systems
Basic business communication knowledge
