Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
In conjunction with the Pool Supervisor, undertakes a cashier function, which includes issuing of
tickets and collection of revenue in compliance with Council procedures, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- In conjunction with the Pool Supervisor, undertakes sale of tickets and coupons to the public.
- Undertakes pool booking by receiving and diarising events, advising the Clerk of bookings and
- communicating with the Pool Supervisor.
- In conjunction with the Pool Supervisor, attends to members of the public.
- Informs the Pool Supervisor of unacceptable behaviour by the public and assists the Pool
- Supervisor in an emergency by telephoning the relevant personnel.
- Issues permits to the public.
Essential Requirements
- An appropriate level of secondary education.
- 3 months relevant experience in handling cash and ability to interact with the members of the public.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12.
- 6 Months relevant experience.
