What You’ll Do
- Provide user support for logged incidents and service requests
- Analyse issues and develop system solutions
- Perform system testing, changes, and enhancements
- Maintain process documentation and conduct reviews
- Support applications aligned with Group IT operating model
Requirements
Qualification
- National Diploma in Information Technology / Systems (NQF 6, 240 credits)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT environment
Key Skills & Knowledge
- IT environment, applications & infrastructure
- ITIL processes and systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Fault logging systems and ISO 9001
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Communication: verbal, written, and presentation
- System & operating system configuration
