Requirements
- 3-year Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration, Office Administration, Commerce, Project Management, or Training & Development
- At least 1 year administration and customer relations experience in a SETA environment
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of skills development legislation
Key Duties
- Provide administration and stakeholder support in the regional office
- Handle learner registrations and maintain accurate records
- Respond to stakeholder queries and provide guidance on skills development processes
- Capture data and generate reports
- Support regional training and development projects
