About the Role

A boutique consulting firm is hiring a Remote HR Administrator to support end-to-end HR operations across the US and South Africa. This role suits a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys systems, compliance, and supporting employees across the full lifecycle while working US business hours.


What You’ll Do

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
  • Prepare contracts, letters, confirmations, and HR documentation
  • Support payroll through accurate employee data management
  • Assist with HR reporting and record tracking

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and inductions
  • Support probation reviews, renewals, and role changes
  • Assist with offboarding and exit documentation
  • Respond to routine HR queries

Compliance & Support

  • Ensure alignment with labour legislation and internal policies
  • Maintain statutory and audit-ready HR records
  • Assist with training administration and ad-hoc HR tasks

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ HR administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Tech-savvy; Zoho CRM experience advantageous
  • Experience working with international teams or time zones is a plus
