GENERAL CLERK
NWK Agtech – Drone Services Division
NWK Agtech’s Drone Services division is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented General Clerk to provide administrative and operational support within a dynamic agri-tech environment. This role is ideal for an individual who is proactive, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support (filing, data capturing, document preparation, correspondence management)
- Assist with inventory and stock control of drone equipment, parts, and office supplies
- Support drone operations with logistics, paperwork, and equipment readiness
- Assist with client reception and query handling (in person and telephonic)
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records
- Perform ad-hoc office duties to support departmental operations
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent
- 1–2 years’ experience in office administration, data capturing, or clerical work (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fully proficient in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
- Valid driver’s licence (Code B/8) – preferred
