MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- To ensure service and repairs are carried out to the highest standards of quality possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To ensure efficient use of materials, equipment and labor resources.
- To control and supervise staff in the use of equipment and tools to effect repair and diagnosis of vehicle faults and service to vehicles.
RELATIONSHIPS AND PERSONAL ACTIVITIES
- Service Manager
- Customer Satisfaction, Workshop Technicians/Diagnosticians, Mechanics, Apprentices, Quality Controller/Tester, Workshop Cleaner, Diagnostic and Repair Equipment, Tools, Gauges and Measuring Equipment.
- 2.3 Relationships with: Customers, Service Manager, Service Staff, Sales Manager, Parts Manager, Sales Staff, Parts Staff, Manufacturer’s Representatives, other Representatives, Health and Safety Officer.
