SpecCon Holdings Learnership Programme 2023-2024 – 

How To Apply:

Provide Accurate Information

Ensure that all the required information, including your email address, is filled out accurately in the application form.

Confirm Email Address

After submitting your application, you will receive an email to confirm your email address. If  don’t receive an email promptly, go to your spam folder you will find it. Click on the confirmation button in the email to proceed.

Access the Assessments Page

Once your email address is confirmed, you will receive another email with a link to directly access the Assessments page. No need to enter a username or password; the link will take you there directly.

Complete the Required Assessments

On the Assessments page, you will find the required assessments that you need to complete. Make sure to achieve a minimum score of 70% on all the assessments to progress to the next stage.

If you successfully pass the assessments, you will be asked to upload specific documentation. You will have seven days to complete this step.

Document Evaluation

Your uploaded documents will be reviewed by a human evaluator. If everything is in order and approved, you will be asked to proceed to the next step.

Book an Appointment

After approval, you will receive a request to book an appointment online. Follow the provided instructions to schedule the appointment.

Attend the Appointment

Attend the scheduled appointment and answer all questions honestly and truthfully.

Shortlisting Process

If you successfully complete the appointment, you will be shortlisted as a potential candidate for the learnership.

Sign the Learnership Agreement

Once you are shortlisted and approved by the Client, you will receive an email to confirm your email address once again. Upon confirming, you will receive another email with a link to a short assessment. Only Candidates who will complete this assessment will be considered for learnerships programme.

Important Note: SpecCon Holdings does not charge any fees for learnership applications. If you encounter any requests for payment, report it immediately, as it may be a fraudulent activity.
