Job Purpose

The Senior Administrator will perform a wide range of administrative and office support duties, including document preparation, scheduling, reporting, budgeting assistance, procurement support, and stakeholder coordination. The role supports senior colleagues and business units to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Office Support

  • Prepare, update, and manage Microsoft Office documents and databases
  • Maintain departmental systems and records
  • Organize and coordinate office workflows

Meetings & Travel Coordination

  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Arrange conferences and business events
  • Coordinate travel plans for senior staff

Correspondence & Reporting

  • Draft routine letters, emails, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Compile and summarize data for management reports
  • Produce accurate operational and financial reports

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Gather information from multiple sources
  • Generate standard reports and insights
  • Assist with data interpretation and reporting

Budgeting & Procurement

  • Monitor expenses and budgeting data
  • Assist with procurement-related tasks
  • Support the Finance Manager with account allocations and administration

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Follow company procedures and regulatory standards
  • Maintain operational compliance
  • Participate in training and development activities
