Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Acquire new business and grow the customer base
- Analyse competitor trends and monitor market influencers
- Identify new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Educate customers on the correct banking platforms
- Live up to the brand promise: “How can we help you?”
- Analyze data and recommend tailored financial solutions
- Achieve sales targets with contextual and integrated offerings

- Demonstrate empathy and stay current on industry trends
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Completed financial-related qualification
- 1–2 years’ experience in client services support
- Valid driver’s license
- Own vehicle (preferable)
