Job Description

A law firm is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team. As the face of their firm, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming first impression. This is a permanent, full-time, in-office position.

With your excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for learning, and strong command of English, you will be able to effectively manage client interactions, provide exceptional customer service, and support their attorneys in their daily tasks. 

You will also need to assist the Directors with general tasks including diary management, booking flights and accommodation, booking events, managing car licenses, booking visa appointments etc.

Requirements:

  • Presentable – this is a front office position and represents the image of the firm
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Good command of English
  • Good written and verbal communication skills – in English
  • Good telephone manners
  • Ability to take accurate messages
  • Computer literate and able to navigate Microsoft including Word and Excel
  • Filing skills including off-site filing
  • Intelligent, resourceful and self-motivated
  • Pleasant to have around
  • Willing to take instructions 
  • Take instructions from all the attorneys, ability to work on multiple task and prioritise accordingly
