Receptionist/Admin learner

Job Title: Reception/Administration Learner – Fragrances 


Receive visitors and phone calls so that all callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately.



  • Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organisation’s location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address

Phone Calls

  • Receive phone calls and re-direct callers to the desired recipients
  • Take and distribute accurate messages

Office/Admin Support

  • Book conference rooms and ensure proper equipment is available (projectors, flipcharts, pens and paper)
  • Send, receive and distribute mail, courier packages
  • Order office supplies, re-stock supply rooms

Academic Background:

  • Grade 12
  • Technical Skills
  • Fluent English
  • Computer Literacy
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
