Job Overview

The Junior POS Administrator – International Regions is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and administration of POS systems across Pedros’ international locations. This includes ensuring accurate menu updates, system configurations, and resolving issues in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • POS System Administration
  • Configure and set up POS systems for new international stores
  • Update menu items, pricing, and promotions per regional needs
  • Link menu items and recipes accurately to avoid inventory issues
  • Set up order types, tax settings, and payment methods for each country
  • Data Entry & Maintenance
  • Input and verify product and menu data in the POS system
  • Maintain accurate master data for all international stores
  • Assist with bulk uploads and data validation
  • Issue Logging & Troubleshooting
  • Log POS queries from stores and escalate when necessary
  • Resolve common POS issues such as pricing or item errors
  • Work with vendors to solve technical POS problems
  • Regional Support & Coordination
  • Share system updates and menu changes with store teams
  • Help with store openings by ensuring correct POS setup
  • Coordinate vendor support for POS testing and activation
  • Reporting & System Monitoring
  • Monitor POS system performance and report issues
  • Create basic sales, stock, and transaction reports
  • Assist with audit data extraction and validation

Requirements

  • Technical & POS Expertise
  • Experience using POS systems (GAAP, Micros, or similar)
  • Understanding of menu setup, tax, and payment configurations
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g. UberEATS, Mr D, Yumbi)
  • Administrative & Analytical Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to generate and understand basic reports
  • Proactive in identifying and fixing data issues

  • Able to work with stores, vendors, and internal teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Can manage multiple tasks across different locations
