- Provide product recommendations and address inquiries.
- Handle cash and electronic payments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate for smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Food Service Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook KFC’s signature menu items to high standards.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate for efficient kitchen operations and food consistency.
Requirements (Both Positions):
- Matric
- Proficient in English
- Credit Worthiness
- TMRI minimum score
- Star Training – FSTM Qualification
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
