Opportunity Overview

Motus Aftermarket Parts is offering a structured Human Resources Graduate Internship Programme designed to give unemployed graduates practical workplace experience in a large, fast-paced automotive environment.

This programme is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Office Administration.

You will be exposed to real HR operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a structured corporate environment.


What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Exposure)

  • Assist with recruitment processes (shortlisting, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support HR compliance and policy administration
  • Assist with employee relations documentation and queries
  • Help coordinate training sessions and development programmes
  • General HR office administration and filing
  • Support HR reporting and internal communication tasks

Minimum Requirements

  • Age: 18–29 years
  • Qualification: Diploma or Degree in:
    • Human Resources Management
    • Industrial Psychology
    • Business Administration
    • Or a related field
  • Must NOT have previously participated in a SETA internship programme
  • Must NOT be currently funded by NSFAS
  • Must be available full-time for 12 months
  • Must be based in Gauteng or willing to relocate
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) advantageous
