Opportunity Overview
Motus Aftermarket Parts is offering a structured Human Resources Graduate Internship Programme designed to give unemployed graduates practical workplace experience in a large, fast-paced automotive environment.
This programme is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Office Administration.
You will be exposed to real HR operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a structured corporate environment.
What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Exposure)
- Assist with recruitment processes (shortlisting, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support HR compliance and policy administration
- Assist with employee relations documentation and queries
- Help coordinate training sessions and development programmes
- General HR office administration and filing
- Support HR reporting and internal communication tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Age: 18–29 years
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in:
- Human Resources Management
- Industrial Psychology
- Business Administration
- Or a related field
- Must NOT have previously participated in a SETA internship programme
- Must NOT be currently funded by NSFAS
- Must be available full-time for 12 months
- Must be based in Gauteng or willing to relocate
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) advantageous
