Directorate: LABOUR RELATIONS
Salary: R181 599.00 – R213 912.00 per annum
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. The candidate must have sound Understanding of HR and Labour Relations functions. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure, computer literacy is essential with an extensive Knowledge of MS word, Power point and Excel.
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Labour Relations and Secretarial certificate will serve as an added advantage. PSCBC Resolution 14 of 2002 and PSCBC Resolution 1 of 2003 will be an added advantage.
- Render an administrative support to Labour Relations unit. Work with confidential documents and ensure safekeeping thereof. Assist with preparations of the meetings including agenda and taking minutes for the meetings. Liaise with internal and external stalkholders. Perform Labour Relation administration task upon instruction from the senior officer.
- Receive co-ordinate and distribute information between the labour relations and related structures. Effective follow-up on outstanding grievance and coordinate resolution. Acquisitioning and requisitioning of labour relations resources. Take messages and convey to the relevant staff. Serve as an interpreter during hearings. Perform other HR functions as directed by the supervisor.
