The primary duties of this position include visiting all ablution and shower rooms twice daily for cleaning, ensuring that there is sufficient soap, toilet paper, hand rolls, air fresheners, and SHE packets available. The cleaner is also responsible for reporting any misconduct or damages to the building or removal of furniture to their supervisor.
In addition to the above, the cleaner is also responsible for sweeping paved areas around and outside the building, including room workshops, plant rooms, generator room, and ablutions. The parking area platforms and entrance to the building must also be cleaned and swept, and the entrances and inside of conference rooms must be cleaned daily. The cleaner is also responsible for picking up any papers and dirt on the ground and in the garden.
The cleaner must use cleaning chemicals according to specified instructions and clean handrails, staircases, inside windows up to 3 meters in height, microwaves, fridges, and walls. They must also clean door handles with brass, vacuum offices and open plan areas, and assist with moving furniture when requested. The cleaner must prepare a refuse bag to be collected by the service provider and dust desks, cupboards, chairs, and furniture in both offices and open plan areas.
Finally, the cleaner must clean the roof, solar panel, and management parking area weekly.
