About the Experiential Trainee Programme

Volkswagen Group South Africa is offering an 18-month Experiential Trainee Programme for TVET College N6 students who need practical workplace experience to complete their National N Diploma.
The programme is hosted within the Learning Academy – Human Resources (HR) and combines structured on-the-job training with real-world exposure aligned to your field of study.


Who Should Apply

This opportunity is ideal for recent N6 graduates who:

  • Completed their N6 qualification within the last 3 years
  • Still require practical experience to obtain a National N Diploma
  • Reside in Kariega or Gqeberha
