About the Role
Ecowize is seeking a highly motivated Customer Liaison Officer to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience. The role focuses on managing customer enquiries and orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining strong client relationships, and working closely with distribution partners to ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer experience and satisfaction
- Drive OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance through effective coordination
- Capture and process customer orders accurately and timeously
- Coordinate deliveries with distribution partners
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Manage stock levels across warehouses with daily reviews
- Investigate and resolve non-conformance and back-orders
- Assist with route planning to optimise loads and reduce distribution costs
- Support continuous improvement and team development initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Certificate or qualification in Administration or Supply Chain Management (advantageous)
- Understanding of the cleaning and sanitation industry (preferred)
- Experience with CRM and Order Management systems (SAGE / Granite reporting)
- Experience in invoice administration and debtors
- Project management skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills
Important Information
- Applicants must meet the minimum requirements
- Relocation will be required if not currently based in Cape Town
- Appointment will be made in line with Employment Equity legislation
