Learnership Opportunity at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an Unemployed Human Resources Learnership aimed exclusively at people with disabilities. This opportunity forms part of CCBSA’s commitment to Employment Equity and skills development and provides practical workplace exposure combined with accredited training in Business Administration (Human Resources).

This learnership is ideal for unemployed youth seeking a recognised qualification and hands-on HR experience within a leading FMCG organisation.


What You Will Do

  • Complete a National Certificate: Business Administration (NQF Level 4)
  • Participate in structured theoretical training and on-the-job work experience
  • Gain exposure to Human Resources administration and workplace processes
  • Commit fully to a 12-month bonded learnership programme


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) with Maths or Maths Literacy and English (minimum 40%)
  • South African citizen
  • Aged 18 to 35 years
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must not have completed the same NQF Level 4 Business Administration learnership previously
  • Must not be enrolled in any formal full-time studies
  • No criminal record
  • Ability to commit to the full 12-month programme
  • Reside in or be able to travel to Elgin, Port Elizabeth or Phoenix
  • Provide a valid medical letter confirming the nature of the disability
  • Employment Equity – People with Disabilities only
