Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent 
• Relevant experience and qualifications (where applicable) for each position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Trainee Store Manager: Assisting in managing store operations, learning about inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.

Store Manager: Overseeing store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

GRS – Goods Receiving Supervisor: Overseeing the receiving and storage of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations.

General Assistant: Assisting with various tasks in the store, including stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining cleanliness.

Cashier: Handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

IR Officer: Managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and resolving workplace issues.

Assistant Manager: Supporting store operations, supervising staff, and assisting the store manager in achieving goals.

End Controller: Monitoring inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and coordinating stocktakes.

Forklift Driver: Operating forklift equipment, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe working environment.

System Supervisor: Overseeing the store’s computer systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
