Role Purpose:
Provide tactical and operational systems support across Business Support by monitoring and reporting to ensure stable systems performance, accurate reporting, and optimized departmental functioning.
Minimum Experience Required:
- 3-4 years of operational work experience
- 1-2 years’ experience with dialler reporting and/or workforce planning
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
Preferred Experience:
- Operational and analytical experience
- Experience with predictive diallers
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business Management
Minimum Knowledge:
- Dialler software and technical knowledge of business support systems
- Understanding of the business environment within service providers
- Client engagement and support policies and procedures
Preferred Knowledge:
- Capitec Bank’s internal systems and processes
- Retail credit industry and National Credit Act (NCA)
- Predictive dialler regulations
- Contact centre software tools
