JOB PURPOSE:
To maintain Parks facilities, playground equipment and buildings of JCPZ.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 10
- 1-2 years working experience as Artisan Assistant
- English proficiency.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Complete own worksheet and follow checklist Installation of bins and benches within JCPZ parks Repairing of palisade and colonial fencing Welding and fencing
- Repairing of damaged walls. Repairing of damaged paving. Manufacturing of concrete main whole covers.
- Clean work area to specifications Relay messages between operations Assess condition of work.
- Work according to checklist Clean working tools. Put all equipment in designated areas
- Report all deviations, incident & hazardous conditions.
- Follow PPE compliance.
- Attend daily, weekly or monthly staff meetings Utilize specified tools and equipment Relay messages between operations Participate in personal development plan formulation.
- Follow personal development plan
- Follow structured reading list and/or development initiatives Seek new ideas and work procedures to exceed expectations.
