Purpose Statement
To call defaulting Capitec Bank clients and negotiate repayment of loans; maximising client retention and minimizing bad debt.
Experience
Min:
1 – 2 years collections experience
Call centre experience
Ideal:
- 1 – 2 years collections experience in a Collections Call centre
- 1 – 2 years experience on Predictive Dialler, Tallyman Collections system and Avaya soft
- In a role using an African Language
- Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge
Min:
Call centre processes and procedures
Customer care and service protocol
Ideal:
- Predictive Dialler, Tallyman Collections system and Avaya softphone knowledge
Skills:
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Telephonic / Call skills
- Attention to Detail
