Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to prosecutors and legal staff
  • Manage records, files, and document systems
  • Capture and update case information (ECR/ECMS systems)
  • Draft correspondence and reports
  • Handle court-related documentation and statistics
  • Liaise with SAPS, prosecutors, and stakeholders
  • Maintain registers, reports, and case flow updates
  • Perform general office duties (filing, photocopying, dispatching)

HR Clerk Duties (Grahamstown):

  • Support recruitment and HR processes
  • Manage training, development, and performance systems
  • Handle PERSAL administration and leave records
  • Compile HR reports and statistics

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
