About the Role
A fast-growing financial compliance and advisory firm is looking for a detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily operations and management. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, professional, and capable of handling administrative and financial support tasks in a dynamic office environment.
This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a professional first impression
- Manage executive calendars, emails, calls, and communication platforms (Teams & WhatsApp)
- Maintain and organise client records and documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
- Oversee office administration (supplies, lunches, events)
- Assign and monitor team tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Review and approve documents where required
- Ensure compliance with data protection and company policies
- Suggest improvements to streamline office processes

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- At least 2 years’ experience in administration or finance support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and client-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
