About the Role

A fast-growing financial compliance and advisory firm is looking for a detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily operations and management. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, professional, and capable of handling administrative and financial support tasks in a dynamic office environment.

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and create a professional first impression
  • Manage executive calendars, emails, calls, and communication platforms (Teams & WhatsApp)
  • Maintain and organise client records and documentation
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
  • Oversee office administration (supplies, lunches, events)
  • Assign and monitor team tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Review and approve documents where required
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and company policies
  • Suggest improvements to streamline office processes


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration or finance support
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and client-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
