About the Role

The Senior Administration Specialist will provide expert administrative support, coordinate worksite activations and marketing initiatives, manage reporting requirements, and act as a subject matter expert on worksite management systems and processes.

The successful candidate will support operational effectiveness through quality administration, stakeholder engagement, training support, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Worksite & Marketing Activation Support

  • Coordinate worksite activations and wellness days.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor and execute lead-generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate branding and promotional materials for events.
  • Engage with external stakeholders for activation planning.
  • Support events during evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Administration & Reporting

  • Deliver administrative support aligned with company procedures.
  • Utilise worksite and lead management systems.
  • Compile reports and research findings.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks.
  • Meet service delivery and productivity standards.

Training & System Support

  • Act as a subject matter expert for worksite management tools.
  • Train and support users on relevant systems.
  • Guide and mentor junior administrative staff when necessary.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with managers, intermediaries, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality service delivery and accountability.
  • Manage workload effectively while meeting deadlines.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse information and provide operational recommendations.
  • Monitor objectives and provide stakeholder feedback.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates should have:

  • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own reliable vehicle
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies
  • Strong administration and reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel moderately
