Join Anglo American as a Learning Administrator

An exciting opportunity is available for two Learning Administrators, with one position based at Sishen Mine and the other at Kolomela Mine. This role is ideal for candidates with Learning & Development administration experience who want to grow their careers within a global mining company.

You will support the Learning team by ensuring efficient administration of training, qualifications, learning systems, and reporting processes while helping to build a strong learning culture across the business.

What You’ll Do

Learning & Development Administration

  • Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) courses and schedules
  • Create and update training courses and qualifications
  • Manage assignment profiles and participant nominations
  • Process attendance registers and participant records
  • Verify and process new or renewed qualifications
  • Generate learning reports and operational reports
  • Handle LMS and SAP learning-related queries
  • Investigate and resolve learning system errors
  • Support audits and quality assurance activities
  • Assist with knowledge transfer and staff development

Stakeholder Support

  • Respond to employee and client training queries
  • Escalate and resolve learning-related incidents
  • Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Provide accurate learning and qualification information

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress) is advantageous

Experience

  • 2–3 years’ Learning Administration experience
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • SAP system knowledge is required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
