About the Role

The Complaints Officer will be responsible for logging, investigating, and resolving client complaints while ensuring fair treatment of customers and adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Education

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • An Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of complaints handling experience in the Short-Term (Non-Life) Insurance sector
  • Knowledge of short-term insurance operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with complaint management systems and reporting tools
