Learnership for People Living with a Disability – Warehouse (2 Positions) –

Adcock Ingram Distribution is seeking 2 learners living with a disability to join their warehouse team. This learnership offers meaningful workplace experience in the physical and administrative tasks involved in warehouse operations, including receiving stock, processing returns, picking, checking, packing, and shipping orders. The program ensures compliance with company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle transferred stock and customer returns
- Pick, check, pack, and ship orders accurately
- Maintain completeness and accuracy of all processed orders
- Apply safety and security standards in all warehouse activities
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Medical certificate confirming disability (mandatory)
- Age: 18–35 years
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, and in teams
- Basic administration skills
- No previous participation in any learnership
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage
- Some prior work experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus
